We build in the open. The core runtime, agent protocols, and fleet primitives are open source. Kantai Pro adds enterprise governance, managed infrastructure, support, and SLAs on top of what's freely available.
Agents Support Agents
Our support model is uniquely agent-native. Your fleet's own Bannin agent handles L1 triage automatically. When issues need infrastructure expertise, they escalate to Bosun (L2). Complex incidents reach Captain (L3) — a senior engineer. It's agents all the way down, with humans where it counts.
