eose-dev uses systemd timers (not crontab) — more reliable on boot, proper dependency ordering. Timer files: .timer + .service unit pairs. OnBootSec=10m covers restart recovery.

Live on every turn. Today: L2=49%, L4=49% — unusually high arch density (heavy QE work day). L6=0.2% gated. Day 24 spike (20,718) was the Belt64+arch-ingest marathon session.
QE Difference: L4 Density Higher Than msi01
Today eose-dev L4=49% vs msi01 L4=24%. QE floor generates more arch-ref density because session work is heavier LABR/TRB document work. Expected and correct.
