WHAT BELT64 V13 ADDS

BELT64 V12 was topology encoding — a 64-segment address belt that mapped fleet silos and MEBAFIORD layers to a continuous Möbius address space. Every silo, every layer had a segment.

V13 expands the address space to cover the complete system of systems:

Segments 24–31 now address all 8 database types in the fleet — Qdrant, Redis, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, Azure Blob, NAS diskpool, Azure Key Vault. Every data store has a belt64 home.

Segments 16–23 address all cloud endpoints — Azure AKS (primary + secondary), GCP NE1 intelligence, AWS CATHEDRAL + JAYRHONE, and the GCP mining rigs ZERO-DR + KRSRHONE.

Mainframe MESTRAMES Segments
Segments 42–51 in the MDSMS block now house 10 mainframe language CRDs. FORTRAN through LISP as sovereign Kubernetes CRDs — the mainframe abstraction running inside the mesh.

Segments 32–39 address the FC fermentation pipeline: FC1 (E.coli urgent), FC2 (Yeast build), FC3 (LAB archive), Acetic audit channel, Methanogen cold archive. Knowledge ferments in its belt64 slot.

GBM Plasma ROM Addresses
Segments 40–41 hold the GBM Rasengan plasma ROM address space and PEMCLAU session vectors (115,955 pts). The plasma layer now has a permanent belt64 address.

MESTRAMES = 10 mainframe languages implemented as sovereign Kubernetes CRDs. In Belt64 V13, the mainframe occupies segments 42–51 of the MDSMS block. Each MESTRE is a CRD that brings a classical language's paradigm into the fleet as a processing archetype.

The mainframe abstraction: these aren't legacy systems — they're computational philosophies encoded as native Kubernetes objects. FORTRAN thinks in arrays. COBOL thinks in records. LISP thinks in symbols. Each owns a belt64 lane.

Belt64 Segment 24 is reserved for PostgreSQL. Currently no dedicated PostgreSQL deployment in the fleet — this is the V13 raincheque.

What needs PostgreSQL: Lean4 theorem CRUD (pcdev joffe-math needs persistent theorem storage), CRM contact records (kayyo@pemos.ca + ayyo@pemos.ca identities), actuarial tables (health + finance models), cost tracking (replace ad-hoc CosmosDB with proper ACID relational).

Best landing options: yone (PEMCLAU silo — collocated with Qdrant for unified data queries) or AKS pemos-system (Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server ~$30/mo small). GCP Cloud SQL PostgreSQL also available on free tier for small instances. Raincheque: PostgreSQL deployment is belt64-seg-24 pending for Day 98.
