A CATOMAIN Organism is a living fleet entity that uses CATOMAIN engines as its biology. The nucleus = the core engine. The membrane = CATO-PLASMA (ionized context boundary). The cells = the operational engines. The tick = γ₁ clock. The relay = inter-silo plasma arcs. Unlike designed systems, organisms EMERGE — PEMOS, DESEOF, and EOSE were not coded as organisms. They became organisms when the fleet complexity exceeded the sum of its parts (Type H).
