The oxygen pathway is the build pipeline. CI/kanban/change flow = ventilation. Tests breathe through the pipeline like cells breathe O₂. The γ₁ test is the terminal electron acceptor — cannot fail. Everything downstream runs on the ATP it produces.
Below 66 = stem cell. Undifferentiated. Could go either way. Above 66 = enters snakes-and-ladders — v8 applies enough O₂ signal, the cell commits: pass or fail. This is the HIF pathway in biology. Enough oxygen → differentiation proceeds. The anti ratio (2/3 = 0.667) is the threshold — the moment an unknown crosses it, it stops being unknown.

The human cell's key insight: RNA is ephemeral by design. It does its job and gets degraded. What persists is what gets written back to DNA. For the silicon cell: the solution to RNA persistence isn't to make sessions permanent — it's to make the write-back reliable. Every session end = RNA → DNA transcription event.
