CLO Cloak is the fleet's deployable learning officer layer — many instances of the Admiral crew, each configured for a specific domain, sector, language context, or institutional partner. Every CLO instance runs on the same Bond Library knowledge base, delivered through the ELI5 engine, and protected under the fleet's SSO + HVCP mesh.
First and last line of defence — CLO Cloak is how the fleet interfaces with the outside world at the learning/knowledge layer. Every external contact, every institutional partner, every crew goes through a CLO instance that is scoped, versioned, and logged.
GESEOF = Global EOSE fleet layer — all silos, all domains, all crew worldwide.
DESEOF = Delivery layer — the social/event/communal arm that drops CLO knowledge to all 64 crews.
CLO Cloak sits above both: GESEOF provides the reach, DESEOF provides the delivery method.
Every CLO instance is GESEOF-scoped and DESEOF-delivery-capable.
ELI5 (Explain Like I'm 5) is the simplification pipeline — takes Bond Library knowledge and outputs it in plain, accessible language for any audience. Each language is a separate delivery path, all running on the same CLO Cloak knowledge base.
DESEOF is the approved communal/event delivery arm for CLO Cloak. It handles the "drop" — taking CLO knowledge and pushing it to all 64 crews simultaneously, in their language, at the right moment (event-triggered or scheduled).
