The DDSMAR is the formal process by which each EOSE Fleet silo, crew member, and crew-spiral layer files an application to the University of Sovereign Medicine's Doctor of Distributed Systems Medicine programme — and gets rejected for reasons that are 100% accurate. Every applicant receives an honorary doctorate in what they were already doing before they applied. This is the point.
