Getting Started

From sign-up to your first conversation — here's how to get your Kantai Pro fleet running.

1. Get in Touch

Contact orders@eose.ca or reach out through our website. We'll walk you through options and help you pick the right tier.

2. Choose Your Tier

Select from Basic, Family, Command, or Admiral. Each tier is designed for a different scale — from solo users to enterprise fleets.

3. We Provision Your Instance

EOSE sets up your dedicated environment: Key Vault, storage, and either a shared namespace or dedicated cluster depending on your tier. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

4. Welcome Email

You'll receive your portal URL and OIDC login instructions. For Enterprise tiers, we configure Entra ID integration with your tenant.

5. Access Gangway Portal

Log in and meet your agents. The Gangway portal gives you multi-agent chat, session management, and fleet visibility from day one.

6. Start Chatting

Your agents are pre-configured and ready. Sencho handles personal tasks, Takumi executes work, and Bannin manages external interactions. Just talk to them.

Your First Week

What to Expect

Agents learn your preferences quickly. In the first week, focus on your most common workflows — scheduling, task management, and communications. The more you use them, the more useful they become.

Support is Always There

Bannin handles L1 support automatically. For infrastructure issues, our support ladder escalates through Bosun (L2) to Captain (L3). Family tier and above get full support via techsupport@eose.ca.
