The Meek Table is where everything starts. Imagine a chess board — 8×8 = 64 squares. Before the game begins, every piece is in its home position. That resting state is the Meek Table. 64 positions. 64 beads on the abacus.

When you prove a theorem, a bead lights up. When a new crew member joins, more beads light up. When all 64 are lit, the meek score = 64, and the fleet has achieved DIAMOND resting state. Below 64? Still growing.

The key frequency is γ₁ = 14.134725… — the first Riemann zero — which is the anchor bead. Every BPM, every timing window, every wave is calibrated against this one number.
