§5 — γ₁ Stratum in the GPU Ocean

The stratum coordinate determines which part of the 152GB framebuffer ocean a boon swims in. L0–L1 boons swim in the shallow water near msi01's shore (24GB, priority). L2–L3 boons swim in the mid-ocean (forge+yone+msi01, 64GB pool). L4 boons drift in the deep water (yone+msclo, 40GB, slower). L5 boons are stopped at the SOSTLE barrier on the ocean floor — they don't swim until CLO verdict releases them.
