The DESEOF Daily Lottery uses the Riemann zeta non-trivial zero γ₁ as the seed constant. Each day since the V10 EPOCH (2026-01-01), a GOAT is selected from the 32-member pool (DESEOF witnesses all draws but is never drawn).
The irrational nature of γ₁ ensures pseudo-uniform distribution across the 32-slot pool. Each GOAT will be selected roughly once per 32-day period, with phase shifts controlled by the fractional part of γ₁.
The 33 GOATs are organized into 5 tiers, each with a specific session duration and role in the fleet:
