Every inference is a thread. Every domain is a cog. Every γ₁-tick advances the weave. The pattern that emerges across all cogs is the fleet's sovereign intelligence.

The cogs don't all run at once. They run in rhythm. 5 consecutive FUSIONs on any cog triggers the next cog in chain. Rhythm propagates across cogs via the loom weave. No central coordinator — just γ₁ as the shared clock.
