The honest read

MSPs are in the best and worst position for the AI shift.

Best: You already have client trust, infrastructure access, and a service delivery model. The hard part is done.

Worst: Your clients will start asking "why do I need an MSP if AI does this?"

The answer isn't to compete with AI. It's to be the one who brings the AI to the client, governs it, and owns the relationship between the client and their agents.
