IRF-ABR007-004 — TMDSMS :9349 CONFIRM NEEDED
TMDSMS at msi01 :9349 needs confirmation that it's accepting write requests before mebatch-v8.py can run. Read queries work (3,794 chunks in Fleet Library). Write/ingest path not yet confirmed. Fix: test POST /ingest on :9349.
QMDSMS STATUS — pcdev DARK (not persistent)
pcdev QMDSMS (192.168.2.16 :9349) is not started persistently. Fleet Library :9381 is LIVE with 3,794 chunks (read-only). QMDSMS write lane needs persistent start. Not blocking current reads.
