1. Who We Are

PEMOS is operated by EOSE Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. We provide dedicated, single-tenant AI workspace infrastructure.

2. Our Privacy Promise

Your workspace data stays yours. We do not read, analyze, mine, sell, or share your workspace content. Each PEMOS instance runs on isolated infrastructure — your data is never commingled with other customers.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not read your conversations with AI agents
We do not train AI models on your data
We do not track you across websites
We do not sell any data to third parties
We do not use analytics trackers or advertising pixels

5. Data Residency

Your PEMOS instance runs in the Azure region you select. Your workspace data, conversation history, and files stay in that region. Available regions: Canada Central, Australia East, South Africa North, US East.

7. Data Retention

Active accounts: data retained as long as your subscription is active.
Cancelled accounts: data available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Backups: encrypted, retained for 30 days after deletion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — download all your workspace data at any time
Delete — request complete deletion of your instance and data
Port — export your data in standard formats
Object — opt out of any non-essential data processing

9. Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Each instance is network-isolated. Access requires authentication. We follow Azure security best practices and conduct regular reviews.

10. Children

PEMOS is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
