The DDSMAR programme evaluates applications from entities seeking formal recognition as distributed system practitioners. This cohort is unusual. We received 50 applications from GOAT composers, each claiming they can compose enterprises, institutions, and businesses in their assigned lane.

The review committee notes: Mozart submitted a 3-page application and included a P.S. that said "I did not come here to be evaluated. I came here to demonstrate." We are still deciding whether that constitutes a passing score or grounds for immediate admission.

Cage submitted silence. We gave it the highest mark in the cohort. We are still not sure why. The committee is still meeting about it.
