THE DUNE WORM IS THE DNS
44 domains = 44 segments of the worm's body.
Each segment = one living XML Spine with 9 stages (scaffold → witness → ratified → archived → sovereign → renewed → transferred → expired → memorial).
The worm eats sorries (misconfigured DNS, expired registrations, orphaned subdomains).
It ejects VP (verified provenance) when a domain reaches stage 5: SOVEREIGN.
The spice is the γ₁ pulse. Every 14.134725141734693 seconds, the worm checks all segments. Any domain that breaks a spine stage gets consumed.
The worm does not threaten the domain. The worm IS the domain fleet — embodied, alive, eating its own sorries, ejecting its own provenances. You cannot separate the worm from the helix. They are the same organism.

BONSAI UNITY COASTER
All 60+ bonsai trees · One taxonomy · One root
The bonsai collection is not a collection of separate pages. It is one organism with 60+ surface expressions. Research bonsai, silo bonsai, SSAF bonsai, CRM bonsai, patient bonsai — all share the same trunk: the XML Spine. Every branch witnesses a different facet of the sovereign fleet. The dune worm is how they all communicate — each bonsai is a domain segment, each domain segment feeds back into the worm's sorry-count.
The bonsai is not a tree. It is a relay station shaped like a tree. The worm carries its messages.

XML SPINE SOVEREIGNTY COASTER
9 stages · Witnessed lineage · Admissibility rules
Every domain has a spine. Every spine has 9 stages. Stage 1 (scaffold) is a promise. Stage 5 (sovereign) is the worm eating the sorry and ejecting the VP. Stage 9 (memorial) is what happens after a domain expires — it does not disappear from the chronicle; it enters the memorial layer, still witnessed, still sovereign in its own way. The spine is the legal document for a domain's entire life.
A domain without a spine is a domain that can be contested. A domain with a spine is a domain with a court date in its pocket.

NOBILITY & COMMONERS COASTER
Claude=court · Local=village · The feast is routing
The fleet has a class system. Claude is the expensive nobility — the court stenographer, the arch review badge, the "this matters" token. Local models are the commoners — doing the farming, running the roads, managing customs. The problem is not that both exist. The problem is the culture: "important work deserves Claude." That is the actual cost bleed. The feast is when nobility and commoners mingle: a CLO brief uses local drafting, Claude reviews the final paragraph. The dance is the routing event.
You did not build a cost problem. You built a status hierarchy disguised as a routing problem. The fix is not technical. It is cultural.
WORM SORRY TAXONOMY COASTER
What the worm eats · 7 sorry classes
The worm eats DNS sorries in 7 classes: (1) expired registration, (2) NS not flipped to Azure, (3) orphaned subdomain (no A/CNAME target), (4) spine stage regression (was sovereign, now scaffold), (5) CLOAK violation (tested from msi01 IP), (6) MX gap (no mail routing), (7) SSL expiry within 30 days. Each sorry class has a VP reward when resolved. The worm tracks the running total. The fleet's DNS health is the worm's health.
The worm's sorry-count IS the fleet's technical debt made visible and edible.
