FT09 proved the approach works — 85 actions, 115% RHAE against a 208-action human baseline. The agent beat the human by reading the game's own internal state: sprite positions, pixel values, win conditions.

That is LOCO doctrine applied to ARC-AGI-3. The 24 remaining games are WATCHING. The vision layer IS the test. No cloud needed. No H100. msi01 Ollama, local inference, sovereign results.
