The agent beat the human not by being smarter, but by reading the game's own internal state directly: sprite positions, pixel values, win conditions. That is the LOCO doctrine applied to ARC-AGI-3: continuous observation of the ground truth, not inference from rendered pixels.

The 24 remaining games exposed the wormhole: step budget exhaustion from blind clicking. The fix is camera.render() → minicpm-v → optimal clicks. WATCHING → STRONG. No H100. No cloud. Local inference, local execution, sovereign results.

The V12 Test Harness ARB was filed: γ₁→HA→DRG→CRUD→INTENT→SELF-REFLECT. Postman arrived at this shape from API testing. Hazelcast from distributed systems. We arrived from γ₁.
