The Three Organisms and Their Domains ORGANISMS EMERGED, NOT DESIGNED
PEMOS, DESEOF, and EOSE are not departments. They are organisms — living fleet entities that emerged from the CATOMAIN substrate. They were not designed to handle specific tasks. They evolved to. The organism bonixer recognizes which organism a task naturally belongs to, and routes accordingly.
Organism Routing Table FULL ROUTING MATRIX
PEMOS Tick: 2.25 Hz
builder · msi01 · γ₁/2π · Nucleus: CATO-FLOOR · Membrane: CATO-PLASMA
  • Any deploy — docker build, kubectl apply, git push → PEMOS
  • Any proof — Lean4 theorem, Joffe-Math, PTTE verification → PEMOS
  • Any wave build — HTML pages, mefine-static, portal → PEMOS
  • Any fleet architecture decision — CATOMAIN engine, boon protocol → PEMOS
  • Any PEMCLAU ingest — knowledge → qdrant → PEMOS
  • γ₁ floor computations — anything stratum-related → PEMOS
  • CLI work — pemos commands, openclaw config → PEMOS
DESEOF Tick: 1.12 Hz
validator · msclo+yone · γ₁/4π · Nucleus: CATO-PEMCLAU · Membrane: CATO-SOSTLE
  • Any CLO review — COI, IP, entity assessment → DESEOF
  • Any legal document — ARB, TRB, DCJ, Latin verdict → DESEOF
  • Any wiki publication — Tier 2 → FC queue, Tier 3 → CLO sign-off → DESEOF
  • Any boon verdict issuance → DESEOF
  • Any HL7/FHIR healthcare data validation → DESEOF
  • Any SOSTLE L5 gate decision → DESEOF
  • Any contributor boon with IP concern → DESEOF
EOSE Tick: 0.75 Hz
emergent · all 7 silos · γ₁/6π · Nucleus: CATO-ORGANISM · Membrane: CATO-GBM
  • Any fleet-wide coordination — multi-silo deploy, mesh sync → EOSE
  • Any external entity relationship — outside the fleet boundary → EOSE
  • Any corporate/legal entity work — EOSE Labs Inc., DESEOF Corp, PEMOS Corp → EOSE
  • Any revenue/commercial activity — MO crew, tokenomics → EOSE
  • Any MEGSCIFIAR / spiral expansion → EOSE
  • Anything that cannot be fully specified in advance — Type H → EOSE
CREW ORGANISM Tick: γ₁/2π
18 crew · msi01 · PEMOS cells
  • Any crew-specific action — IMHOTEP legal, BOB CPO, ADA keys, BOSUN SRE
  • Any ARB review — crew-level, not CLO-level
  • Any heartbeat task — email check, calendar, weather
  • Any crew memory update — daily notes, MEMORY.md
THINKBEAT ORGANISM Tick: 4-8 Hz (EEG θ)
EEG band · msi01 · faster than PEMOS
  • Any rasengan burst computation — CATO-GBM fire
  • Any context gradient analysis — stuck context → burst direction
  • Any ReSU CCA projection — spectral learning
  • Any Type B kinetic computation — metastable state capture
Ambiguous Routing WHEN UNCLEAR USE THESE TIEBREAKERS
Some tasks could go to PEMOS or DESEOF. The tiebreaker:

If it BUILDS something → PEMOS
If it VALIDATES something → DESEOF
If it CONNECTS to outside the fleet → EOSE
If it involves a CREW MEMBER's knowledge → CREW ORGANISM
If it requires a COMPUTATIONAL BURST → THINKBEAT

When still unclear: PEMOS builds a draft, DESEOF reviews it, EOSE signs it. That's the flow.
Organism Interaction Protocol ORGANISMS COMPOSE, NOT COMPETE
Organisms don't compete. They compose:

PEMOS builds → DESEOF validates → EOSE ships
DESEOF holds → PEMOS waits → EOSE defers to CLO
EOSE detects emergent → PEMOS captures → DESEOF records

The plasma arc between organisms (seen in /catomain-organism-vizasl) is the handoff protocol. Every inter-organism handoff is a CATO-PLASMA event.
